Don Pablo's and Airplanes

So we went to Don Pablo's tonight to hang out with an old friend and meet his (lovely) fiancee. We took the Hethan with us. He's usually pretty good in restaurants. He's generally polite, usually colors nicely on his children's menu, eats when the food comes, and under NO circumstances, does he climb under the table. Or all over us.

Until tonight. The child was uncontrollable. I was soooo embarrassed, and when we got home, Aaron and I agreed that tonight was the worst that he's ever behaved in a restaurant. I even took him to the bathroom, and had a firm talking to with him. He was lucky it was me. If it had been Aaron, he would have gotten a spanking. It was soooo atrocious! My apologies to Bryan and Jamie for my son's hyperactive behaviour. Next time we go out, it can and will be without the Hethan.

In other news, I'll be flying to Altanta tomorrow! By myself! YAY!!! I haven't flown since before Ethan was born. I am so looking forward to it. I actually like airports and the hustle and bustle. I've been in a few airports, including Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dayton, Denver, L.A., Orlando, San Antonio, and internationally-- Wellington and Auckland. I've loved every one of them. I think that would be the part that I would like the best about the Amazing Race. Just hanging out in the airports. Yeah. Maybe I should become an airline flight attendant. Well, maybe not. Maybe I should just become a world traveller. Yeah, that's better.

Ok, off to watch CSI on TiVo.

One of my good friends is coming to Ohio to visit us, but she's never made this trip by herself with her one year old, so I'm flying down and driving back with her. Plus, it's my mommy's birthday, so I wanted to see her and get a hug from her!I'll hopefully be back in time for church on Sunday, since I'm singing and teaching! :):) We still need to get together to knit!

We hardly ever take the BoyChild out to a restaurant. He's been better the time or two we've taken him recently but I consider it a good evening out if we've only had to take him to the car three times to have a talking to!

We pretty much ply Ella with snacks while she waits for her food at a restaurant. Then she is too full for her dinner, but we try to eat ours quickly, It's rough!

Have a great trip!
