Did you know that children grow about 6 inches and mature about 6 months when you're away from them for 3 weeks? It's true.

When I left my son with his grandparents, he wasn't completely undressing himself. He wasn't speaking in the grown up way that he is now. He wasn't as tall as he is now. He was still a preschooler. I think he's grown into a full blown KID now. It's ridiculous. How does that happen? How do they change so quickly?

Sigh. Can we rewind the program? Isn't life like TiVo? Hm. I wish.
